Ric has been active in Ohio politics for over 20 years.  He started by working on Governor Bob Taft’s first gubernatorial campaign and then became a legislative aide to the Ohio Senate Finance Committee Chairman, Sen. Roy Ray.  Before joining Government Edge in 2000, Ric assisted an Ohio House Republican Campaign Committee with campaign media.

Since joining Government Edge, Ric has represented clients who are single individuals, international companies, and national associations.  His clients have had interest in state and capital budget appropriations, legislative issues, and state agency contract procurement. On several occasions, Ric has advised clients participating in statewide and local ballot initiatives.  He takes great pride in representing several clients that have led the formation and coordination of industry wide coalitions.
