Spencer Waugh joins Government Edge with nearly 20 years of experience on Capitol Square, including over a decade as a lobbyist with the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation and most recently with Ohio’s Electric Cooperatives. He previously served as the Policy Director for the Ohio Board of Regents under Chancellor Jim Petro and as a legislative aide in both the Ohio House and Ohio Senate. Spencer lives in Dublin with his wife Sydney and their two children.
